Join us for a Sound Bath in the Greenhouse! A 60-minute Sound Bowl Meditation with Liz of Vibrant Zen is the perfect mid-week retreat. This class offers a blend of restorative yoga poses, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of a sound bath.
Parking: Park in the lot at the front of the property. Â Restrooms in the shoppe.Â
Attire: There are no strenuous yoga poses during this session, so please dress comfortably. We recommend wearing warm clothing and layering up as your body temperature might drop a few degrees in stillness. Â Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you have time to get settled in and comfortable. Â
