About the event
Join us for a weekly yoga flow designed for kids and adults to enjoy! Children of all ages and their caregivers are encouraged to participate! No experience is necessary. Our instructor is Brittany Knightwriter from the Chrysalis Life! Bring a mat and towel and flow with us every Tuesday morning at 10:30am at the shoppe. Kiddos will receive a free juice sample for class as well.
