About the event
Join us for the yoga class and stay for the conversation! No experience necessary. This class includes intentional herbal education followed by a 60 min yoga flow.
Integrate body, breath, and mind. This class focuses on fluid movement and mobility- they are set up with fluid and dynamic sequences. Suitable for all levels.
Add-on: Elevate your yoga experience with plant medicine of your choice. Variety of plant medicine products available for purchase.
Please bring your mat and a water bottle along. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check-in and get comfortable! Check-in and use the restroom at the shoppe.
