Elevated Sound Bowl Meditation in the Greenhouse

Join us for a Sound Bath in the Greenhouse! Experience an elevated session of warm sound bath in the greenhouse. Enhance your experience with your choice of flower, edibles, or elixirs.

Attire: There are no strenuous yoga poses during this session, so please dress comfortably. We recommend wearing warm clothing and layering up as your body temperature might drop a few degrees in stillness.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you have time to get settled in and comfortable.  

Bring: 

-Yoga mat 

-Pillow/Squishmallows 

-Blanket 

-Eye mask or small towel to cover your eyes (optional)
